We provide a simple but powerful widget that can be embedded into any website. It’s designed to make websites more accessible to users with visual impairments or motor disabilities.

• Adjustable contrast, font sizes, and navigation support
• Screen reader compatibility and voice playback
• Optional AI-powered page summaries, with text-to-speech support

3. How to Use the Service

Our service is offered on a subscription basis, starting with a 10-day free trial.

After the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan with a minimum term of 12 months.

• During this 12-month commitment, cancellation is possible at the end of the term with 30 days’ notice.
• After the first 12 months, your plan renews automatically on a monthly basis and can be cancelled any time with 30 days’ notice.

You’ll receive a reminder before the initial 12-month period ends.

4. Pricing & Payments

Our pricing plans are currently being finalized and will be published on our website shortly.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for paid subscription periods. However, you can explore all features of our service during the 10-day free trial before committing.

6. Who Can Use It?

Any website owner or operator can use our service - no industry restrictions apply. You just need to have the right to integrate third-party scripts or widgets into your site.

7. Data Privacy & AI Providers

We are fully GDPR-compliant, and all hosting takes place within the EU.

AI summary options include:

• OpenAI (ChatGPT)
• Google (Gemini)
• Mistral
• Anthropic (Claude)
• DeepSeek

No personal data is shared with these services.

8. Availability & Liability

We aim to provide reliable and continuous service, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for indirect damages or service interruptions unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

9. Cancellation & Termination

Subscriptions can be cancelled:

• With 30 days’ notice at the end of the initial 12-month period
• Any time after that, on a monthly basis

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For major changes, we’ll notify you 30 days in advance.

11. Legal & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. The competent court is the Regional Court of Innsbruck. EU consumers may also bring claims in their country of residence.
